1. Eligibility & Intended Use

Our products are sold exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes to qualified researchers and research institutions. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you will not use our products for human or veterinary consumption.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed by our team by phone or email before dispatch. Payment is currently accepted only as cash on delivery within Romania. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Romania only. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Returns page and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

4. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Peptide Active and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peptide Active is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products outside their intended research purpose. Our products are not evaluated or approved for human or veterinary use.
